How Kids Can Learn Music Twice as Fast and Have Fun

Accordion Lessons for Children in Greenville, SC

Ages 4-18

Joe's Story

He fears people watching him. And the accordion scratching his legs. Also he is concerned he can’t find the keys on the right side without looking at his hands.

But he is becoming good on the accordion. He was winner of the Festival at Bob Jones, against children his age, playing accordion.

How is this possible?  I’d like to tell you.

Atanasia’s Story
Her concern is ‘to learn hard stuff, when its hard I am afraid to play both hands’. But…It’s her second year learning, and she is able to play famous songs from 3 books that she has passed, from Palmer Hughes accordion series.

How is this possible?  I’d like to tell you.

Introducing the Student Accelerator Program

The Student Accelerator Program is a once-a-week accordion program designed specifically for children ages 4–18.

In this program, the average student moves through five years of musical material in half the time.

Many of our most dedicated students have even completed the program in less than two years.

Why Students Progress Faster

Here are just a few things students experience:

Here's what you get when you join the program

Weekly Accelerate Classes

This is the main way students make progress. Each week, students learn new concepts and a half a dozen songs to play for mom and dad at home. They learn all the music with us… unlike 90% of studios that teach concepts and then force the kids to practice at home.

60 Minute Musician Session

Did you know that it’s possible for a student to sound good from their very first lesson? It’s true. In this very first session that students will have with us…they will learn all the basics and fundamentals of steady, smooth playing in one hour.

Monthly “Superstar Performances”

Our students sound great, and we want the world to know it. After a few months, your child will be invited to perform in our superstar performances, which are shared with the other students in the studio.

Watch your child light up as he/she shares their music with friends. It’s such a powerful motivator and source of encouragement for our students.

Twice-a-Year Recitals

Your student will have the opportunity to perform in public during our Fall and Spring recitals, building confidence and performance experience.

Royal Conservatory Music Development Program

Your student will have the opportunity to participate in the world-renowned Royal Conservatory System at Furman University, giving parents confidence that we are providing our students with a well-rounded music education.

South Carolina Federation of Music Clubs Festival

Your student may participate in this annual judging event held at Bob Jones University each February.

Summer Break Piano Blast Camp

Your student can continue learning during the summer through special lessons and music camps offered during school breaks.

It's Easy to Get Started!

What Parents Are Saying

Heidi Anderson

Greenville, SC

Hollis really enjoyed learning the accordion from Rossi Kennedy. Hollis has a very nonsense approach to music and would not have tolerated being forced to do things that would not have added to his learning, a statement I have heard from him about numerous teachers in the past.

However, with Mrs Kennedy, he always practiced the way she taught him so that he would learn the correct methods. She treated him with respect and dignity, and that goes a long way to making him take the music seriously. Thank you!
